ServiceNow is an American software company based in Santa Clara, California that develops a cloud computing platform to help companies manage digital workflows for enterprise operations. ServiceNow also offers an alternative to SaaS for large organizations, hosted by the customer.
TFS Gateway can integrate with ServiceNow with:
- user management (CRUD operations)
- management of objects that link to the user objects such as departments
- management of objects that can be used in service request forms, such as what application and/or role a user can choose
ServiceNow can also be configured to administrate TFS Gateway as a result of a workflow, i.e., access request, after approvals.
